Shipping policy

Welcome to Salt Wear Collective! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.

Please keep in mind we are extremely busy during the holiday season. Thank you for your amazing support.  We’re working as hard as we can to ensure your orders arrive on time for Christmas.

Order Processing Time + Shipping :

  • Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-7 business days for us to process and fulfill your order before it leaves our warehouse.
  • After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days through our standard shipping methods.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following:
    • Shipping is $5.00 per t-shirt 
    • $8 per sweatshirt
    • We offer free shipping on domestic orders within the USA over $75 
    • currently we do not offer international shipping

Tracking Information:

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

 Important Notes:

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the production schedules of each item. 
  • Some of our specialty line products take longer for delivery, averaging about 10-14 days instead of the 5-8 day average ( Please note that this is just an estimated delivery time)
  • Shipping times are estimated and can vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
  • Orders may take longer if it's a larger order or depending on your location.
  • We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. 

Order Cancellations:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer order cancellations. Once an order goes into production, it cannot be stopped or changed.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you encounter any issues with your order. You can reach out to us here.
